Mechanical Engineer - Singapore

Role: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Singapore
Duration: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and upkeep contents in officialy released engineering packages.
• Evaluate and resolve non-conformances and engineering change requests from manufacturing, field service and other support functions.
• Support product centers' RandD, manufacturing engineering and production for technical product document updates.
• Process ECAs and generate ECO to create or revise existing parts, assemblies, installations and/or procedures.
• Create and/or update master production drawings and models to facilitate manufacturing operations.
• Support in new products development activities.


Job Requirements:

• Good Engineering degree Electrical / Mechatronics
• Working experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing preferred
• Hands-on experience in Pro-E Wildfire or equivalent 3D CAD software is a must.
• Knowledge of basic GDandT, ASME Y 14.5 is preferred.
• Good understanding of modules assembly, integration and test.
• Knowledge of SEMI standards would be an advantage.
• Keen eye of drawing details with in-depth understanding of revision control and change protocols.
• Team player with positive attitude and ability to work well under tight delivery schedules.
• At least 3 years expereience in Engineering and/or Manufactuirng
• Well versed with Engineering Change Control system management
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Well organized and able to work in a multifunctional atmosphere.
