Sr. Electrical and Mechanical Engineer - Singapore

Role: Sr. Electrical and Mechanical Engineer
Location: Singapore
Job Type: Permanent
Salary – S$ 2-4 k

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and upkeep contents in officially released engineering packages
• Evaluate and resolve non-conformances and engineering change requests from manufacturing, field service and other support functions
• Support product centers’ R and D, manufacturing engineering and production for technical product document updates
• Process ECAs and generate ECO to create or revise existing parts, assemblies, installations and/ or procedures
• Create and/ or update master production drawings and models to facilitate manufacturing operations
• Support in new products development activities

Job Requirements:

• Good Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• Preferably over 3 years experience in Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
• Working experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing preferred.
• Good understanding of modules assembly, integration and testing.
• Knowledge of SEMI standards would be an advantage.
• Well versed with Engineering Change Control system management.
• For Mechanical scope, hands-on experience in Pro-E Wildfire or equivalent 3D CAD software is a must. Knowledge of basic GD and T, ASME Y 14.5 is preferred.
• For Electrical scope, hands-on experience in AutoCAD is a must and knowledge of UL and CE standards preferred.
• Keen eye for drawing details with in-depth understanding of revision control and change protocols
• Must be a team player with positive attitude and ability to work well under tight delivery schedules
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Well organized and able to work in a multifunctional atmosphere
